Joe Sauer, Managing Partner
Joe has been placing the nation’s largest retailers in prime Illinois locations for more than 20 years. His current and past clients include Target Corporation, Paris Baguette, and CVS Pharmacies. Joe knows the key markets, the property owners, and the brokers who make markets happen. He has set the gold standard for getting corporations into the markets they want at the terms and conditions they need. Joe is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
John Sauer, Managing Partner
John has managed international technology and IT corporations’ brand expansion, development, and field sales. He manages the data and analytics for Strategic Locations. He is a Washington State Guardsman and is becoming a licensed real estate broker in Washington.
